2023 David C. Leach Awardee Evelyn Obregon, MD is a neonatal-perinatal medicine fellow at Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center. At the time of nomination, Dr. Obregon was a resident in pediatrics at the University of Florida.

2023 Parker J. Palmer Courage to Teach Awardee Dr. Alec O’Connor was the program director of the internal medicine residency program at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry for the last 10 years; he recently transitioned into the associate program director role for the same program.

2023 Debra L. Dooley GME Program Coordinator Excellence Awardee Juliet Arthur, MHA, C-TAGME is the residency administrator for the psychiatry program at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.

2023 John C. Gienapp Awardee Dr. Elias Traboulsi works at the Cleveland Clinic in many roles, including program director for the fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus.

2023 GME Institutional Coordinator Excellence Awardee Leslie Caulder, MSML, C-TAGME, is the director, education and training programs, in the GME office at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville.
