Because a new application requires a site visit, both the application and the Accreditation Field Representative’s Site Visit Report verifying/clarifying the application must be received by the Review Committee staff by the agenda closing date.

August 2023 RC submission deadline for New Applications: January 13, 2023.

January 2024 RC submission deadline for New Applications: June 23, 2023.

April 2024 RC submission deadline for New Applications: September 5, 2023.

September 2024 RC submission deadline for New Applications: January 26, 2024.
